This a quick little update to this
I have mentioned to them before just about everything I had complained about in this thread. Today while walking around the mall with my mom, we came across a toy store that was hiring.
Its 2$ more than what I'm making now, I'd be doing something I love (working around/with kids) and definitely wont have to deal with cranky old men that tell me to “smile more”. I got an application and I'll be filling it out tomorrow, hopefully I get it!!
However, that would also mean quitting my current job, and even though they havent exactly treated me right, I'm still respectful and want to give a proper notice of me leaving, any advice?
