I’m posting on this subreddit in hope someone has some resources. I’m in my 20’s and with the current economy and my wages ( not at all living wages) I can’t afford to event rent the crappiest of apartments. I am forced to live with my mom who is emotionally and sometimes physically abusive. None of my friends can take me in because they are all in similar situations and I don’t have any family I could go stay with since they all live overseas. I can’t reason with her because she is mentally Ill and can’t go anywhere else, can’t even live in my car because I’m female and in my city that’s not safe. I’m considering suicide because I am all out of options. I really wish there was another way, but it’s definitely a money issue. Here is another way poverty wages affect people, you guys.
