I’m quitting my job. They “invited” me for a written exit interview. – they know I could sue. They know. What should I do?

Hi! As I mentioned above. I'm quitting, they asked me to do an exit interview and to fill out a form stating my reason of quitting. Long story short, the management abused a lot of house policies and federal laws. I have a good reason to sue them if I want to. I don't want to bs on the form and I want HR know what's going on. But I don't know what to do…..any advice?
