So I finally got feedback from the interview I caused last week (total interview time of 3.5 hours). The second ones to take 2 interviews to reveal they want a highly technical professional that requires zero onboarding. Or as I refer to it a unicorn employee. They even had the gall to complain that they were “forced” to use consultants for the job currently. Do these people live in a fantasy world?
