I put my 2 week notice in at my job a few days ago (Fast food). I gave a notice because I’ve been there so long and love most of my coworkers so I wanted to make it easier for the managers, also my new job doesn’t start until the day after my notice ends so that 2 weeks of pay would have been nice. I got my new schedule today for next week and I have 0 shifts. Granted I already had 3 days booked off for this month which would be for next week (I booked time off my gf’s bday a few months ago when I wasn’t planning on leaving) but that still left 4 days for them to schedule me and they just didn’t. I’m seriously considering not even finishing off my shifts for this week because I gave my notice as a favour and now they are slapping me in the face. The only thing making me consider finishing the shifts is the pay but I’m having trouble even finding that worth it
