I'm.so terrible but not as bad as “the owner”. So basically I finally convinced “my boss” to give everyone a bump up so we can hire new people. “My boss” has been pushing “the owner” for weeks. And he finally broke. But! He will only raise the pay for a few people….. Who's pay does he raise…. The new full time employees. So now I have new employees making the same as people that have been here for 10 plus years…. So when I was told to tell the people that got the raise to tell them not to talk about the pay increase… But some how it maked it to a “dramatic team leader”. I'm not sure who told her but the Bomb that “the owner” created has is starting to blow. I'm just standing back and watching the show. I'm also betting that I won't be getting a raise but other people will. I haven't had a real raise in 2 years. I still wonder who told the “dramatic team leader” 🙂
