…because the new kid (whos called out twice in less than a month) needs help closing. i really understand the inconvenience to him but there is a significant difference between calling out hung over after his 21st birthday and calling out because youre house is a wreck with a layer of drywall dust while getting ready for work out of a suit case (also covered in drywall dust).
but this is my dumb ass fault because i asked if it was ok to call out instead of asking for forgiveness for calling out.
