I work in higher education I received an email asking if I was still interested in an HR coordinator position. Then proceeded to ask me how my receptionist job at a research center relates to HR. Then they told me they are still coming up with the description. And if I am offered it I will still be an OPS employee and within the year I would be evaluated to see if I could be kept long term. I’ve been with this university 4 years and of course they try a new work day system that fucks everyone over.
