Had a recent discussion with a friend in the UK who wants to return to the office as they are afraid of becoming outsourced.
The argument was that as employers go for that maximum profit, then what is to stop them from replacing all these work from home with “Indian call centers”.
As I am in the USA I asked him if that was an issue there. He wanted my opinion as most big companies have the US mindset.
Figured I would ask random internet strangers their thoughts on this.
