I took a few sick days earlier in the year due to working earlier than the snow plows come through, so I was stuck at home (I leave for work at about 4:30 AM.) I went to go take some PTO a few weeks back for Easter and saw that my PTO was dramatically decreased. I could've sworn I was given three sick days and a few grace days, so why did my sick days come from my PTO? Is this normal?
