How to handle rude clients

Hi all! Just wondered if you have some advice for handling rude clients who expect you to be there 24/7 for them. To explain better, I have a client who noticed I am new at my current workplace and decided I am easy prey. He started calling only me on the work phone number when he has a request. The first time, he told me: “watch out, we work with other partners too, I insisted on working with you, so don't let me down”. Basically, there was a subtle threat that if I don't jump when he says jump, he will leave our company. The second time, he sent an email describing what he needed and called at the same time. The email barely arrived in my inbox than the phone started calling and when I explained that I will see what we can do for him (it was an urgent request – urgent, because of his incompetence; he basically realized 14 hours before a tender that he didn't have the needed docs and he was pushing us to do it asap), he told me: “spare me with 'we will see what we can do'. I NEED A CONFIRMATION NOW. You will confirm it now.” I feel bullied and pressured every time he calls. Not to mention that he reproched me for not picking up his request at 9pm in the evening, on a Friday (wasn't even an urgent request) and he tried to add me on Linkedin also at 9pm. I can only imagine he was trying to pressure me to do sth for him at that hour, since I wasn't at the office. My previous company always sided with the client, so I think I have PTSD only when thinking I could lose a client, but I am not his personal slave…What to do?
