How do I stop feeling guilty for not having a ‘regular job’?

I'm 29, live with my family (common thing in my country, in Southeast Asia). I know this is probably a FAQ by now, I think I just need reassurance because my logical side and my emotional side aren't cooperating. I lost my job about a year ago and have been freelancing. The money isn't much but enough to keep myself afloat and splurge once in a while. About a week ago I finished a major project that took a bit over a month to complete and I'm waiting for payment. It was intense but I enjoyed it very much. So it's basically downtime for me now before my next project starts, but I feel so guilty for not working. The thing is, eversince I move back with my family I've been taking care of about 90% of the household chores since I'm at home most of the time, even back…

About a week ago I finished a major project that took a bit over a month to complete and I'm waiting for payment. It was intense but I enjoyed it very much. So it's basically downtime for me now before my next project starts, but I feel so guilty for not working.

The thing is, eversince I move back with my family I've been taking care of about 90% of the household chores since I'm at home most of the time, even back when I was remotely employed. My parents are also still working but they're in their 50s and not very energetic (esp my mom). The things that I do every day:

>Take care of our 6 pets – feed, clean up after them (litter boxes, accidents etc).

>All the dishes about 3 times a day.

>Take care of everyone's laundry from washing to folding everyday. There are 5 of us at home and clothes will pile up if you leave it for a day.

>Sweep / vacuum the floor.

>My youngest sibling is still in school and I prepare their breakfast every day.

I share grocery expenses with my mom and utility bills with my dad. I pay for my own phone's bill. I take turns paying for takeout food with my mom. I pay my student loans back every month.

But every now and then I still feel guilty because I don't have a regular job like most people. I know it's not healthy and it's messing with my head. How do I stop this shitty feeling?
