Changed hours without notice; switched my job shift without talking to me

I work 2 jobs currently to make ends meets and my first job has changed their store hours (for slower summers) and hadn’t informed me until after one of my shifts and said either I need to come in 3 hours earlier or find another position that fits my availability (which also comes with quite the pay cut). I asked the store manager if 2.5 hours would be acceptable, as that works better for me to get my morning chores done and get enough sleep after getting home from my second job quite late in the night. They said no because of the prep work that needs to be done. They didn’t schedule me at all this week, and only scheduled me one day next week, for a position with a pay cut. They hadn’t consulted me at all about this. Is it acceptable to text a 2 weeks notice?…

Thanks!
