A girl who has been here for one year, right out of college, (22F), is very loud and was on the phone with her manager sitting near me. And be very candid explaining I heard her say her salary? Obviously $1,000 isn’t much of a difference in salary, but i do know I make $10-20K less than my friends in marketing who are higher pay grades and same age (they’re associate level, me and this girl are considered junior level).
