Seeking advice from Professor Emeritus of Defense Against the Dark Arts u/michaelochurch
Over the past 12 months, I have applied to thousands of job postings. As a result I have been through countless phone screens, passed technical screens (both live and on hacker rank etc.), done 100+ hours of unpaid work (“take-home assignments”), and more than a hundred interview loops. There is no doubt that I am qualified for all these jobs, so I can't figure out for the life of me why I keep getting ghosted. Do I have low-performer tattooed on my forehead for wanting to leave a FAANG before the vesting schedule is up?
