Question about staffing agencies and my rights as an employee

I made the mistake of working for a certain staffing agency, Aerotek, at a call center, I worked there for 5 months and missed overall, 3 days, of course I would always email or give them a notice in advance. I get a call on Friday that I was let go due to my attendance and their attendance policy rules and points, it’s usually 8 points and you’re let go, if you’re late it’s half a point, which is ridiculous. Anyways many of my coworkers were rehired after being fired for attendance and when I asked the hiring manager why I wasn’t eligible she told me because of my attendance, I understand how staffing agencies work but how are others being able to be rehired despite barely being at work 95% of the time, the favoritism is as clear as day and is making me really angry, as an employee…
