How do I find work from home jobs like this?

I have been working in blue collar jobs most of my life and currently working as a security guard. I don't have a degree and could only do entry level jobs. I read stories and comments like this one or this one where people do maybe a few hours of work but slack off for the rest of the day. How are people finding these magical jobs where you hardly do any work? I know there are job search boards to look through that specialize in remote jobs. But to find this specific kind of job is quite hard since I don't know what career or job type I should do. I know some remote jobs have employee tracking software which is a huge turn off for me. But I could do my work on my laptop and use my desktop behind my laptop to slack off. If you have…

My experience: I did do 3 to 5 years of community college but dropped out. I was looking to get a history degree, I can type 35 to 45 wpm or more, I have MS office experience. Previous work experience: worked retail at a store, I also worked at a computer repair shop as a unpaid intern fixing computers and removing viruses and fixing other computer related problems.
