It’s a performance based job and my girlfriend and I both work there.
I used to work in the best area getting above 100% and then a new manager came and she took me out of there and put me in the worst spot, so I dropped performance majorly and told them about it. They offered me to switch with a guy daily so we did that for a while and I got performance in the good place and did bad in the bad place. We took a few personal days and when we came back they just left me in the bad place, so I have done 50% since then. One day I got below 50% and my boss gave me a verbal warning and told me to sign a paper and I did, so I asked her what she wanted me at and she said at least 50. Since then I have been doing a little above 50 everyday, but I want out and I want to do it in the smartest way possible. Also we are getting a 1000 dollar bonus in 5 weeks which will mark our 1st year there, so that’s something to think about too. Thanks!
