Just got off the phone, earlier this year there was a change to our goals that we should push to get 50% or more of our Milestones done early.
No problem I'll do that. Just now got out of a project schedule meeting and get told that Early means at least 5 days early. A Day early or even 4 days early doesn't count as “Early”..
The fuck was that info at the start? Why is mgmt changing what early means? Am I crazy or is this bull shit goal post moving?
Went into the meeting thinking I'd get some well deserved pats on the back. sigh
