i got my job basically threatened today because i “take too many toilet breaks”.
without tmi i have to got atleast once an hour and am currently trying to see if anything is wrong at the doctors. i got told today i spend too much time away on “extra breaks” and its not fair on other and not acceptable. now im sorry but im not going to shit my pants just to please the numbers people. my normal breaks are unpaid so this time using the loo isnt even extra its just time they are watching me. if i was going maybe every 20 mins for 5 mins a time then i could understand but its once an hour .
i got told if it continues i will basically be terminated even though ive made them very aware of my situation.
