been put in dev ops position. won award. company hasn’t interviewed for position eventhough resume submitting closed 1.5 months ago. keep being assigned tasks for it. now my shifts are moved 3-11 to have cover. manager claims it’s a great opportunity I think they’re taking advantage. thoughts?
