Some Quick Background.

I was hired 100% Remote,

Just got this note from HR.

I have provided documentation in the past of severe anxiety.

I work in Tech, and there is 0 reason for me to be in the office.

Happy Friday Junior!!! I want to get in front of this—or get it back in front of you—I’m in need of your medical documentation.  Specifically, I need documentation, on official letterhead, stating that you cannot come to work in person.  I know you provided something quite awhile ago saying you were being treated.  However, that doesn’t exempt you.  I need it to specifically say that due to a certain diagnosis, you are unable to work in person, length of time, etc.

I know we are currently hybrid, and you had been afforded the ability to stay remote on the days we were in office.  I believe we will be periodically asking people to come into the office and this was documentation that I had previously asked you, as did Bob, to provide to Our Company.  This documentation is for HR (myself) and is not shared with the company. If you have any questions, please let me know.
