Arbitration Agreement Requirements

I'm posting at the suggestion of another redditor based on a comment I made on this post but also regarding another post a few days ago praising In and Out. Basically I stated that my son was also required to sign an agreement that he would not sue and would arbitrate with the company itself. I was extremely put off by this document when I read it and could not believe it was legal. They do offer an option to remove your acceptance in writing after you're hired, but we all know what would happen then and this was part of his paperwork he had to fill out prior to actually being hired and scheduled. So despite the praise In and Out was receiving, they still have shady practices just the same as other corporations. I am very interested to see how many other companies require this in order to…
