Exit Interview today… Should I be civil or…

Roughly a month ago, I posted this lovely exchange between me and a “senior” co-worker. Finally, after 2 years of searching, I landed a great new job, better pay, co-workers that match my creative and mental levels, and overall a hopeful career change. HR has planned my exit interview for today, I have half a mind to be brutally honest. Part of me is saying to not do that… but the other part of me is saying… After two years of being told I was a piece of shit by two “managers” (title only really) and them completely draining my self-confidence, I really want HR to “have” it. I doubt any changes will be made. It's a large globalish company (its global, but not well known) its clear their interests are to the company not to the employee.

I have also heard whispers that this team may not make it to the end of this year… like they are going to either lay us all off or put us on other teams (which would have been nice for them to do sooner)

But it would be glorious to just word vomit about how terrible the people on my team are. I already had one call with HR earlier this year about how the same senior co-worker made some racist comments in a team call so HR is pretty familiar with how I do not take shit from my team… So, should I keep it civil and say I left because of lack of growth or should I cite all the straws that broke the camel's back?
