I'm doing a research on what makes people want to work for various companies, it's a generalised research that doesn't go in depth to a specific industries. As I said I would greatly appreciate your answers on my questions, I'm not an employer nor I have a company myself, I'm unemployed as of now to be 100% honest with you haha.
- Let's say you have a job with all the benefits you can think of and a good salary on top of that. What would you make your “current” job for the startup you know nothing about? they have reached you through one of the channels you use for such communications e.g. Linkedin or Glassdoor.
- How do potential employers reach out to you for possible working experiences? in my case employers usually contact me on Linkedin.
- What makes a company desirable? especially when you have a very limited knowledge about their work culture and benefits.
- Would you work for a company that has multiple stages of interviews?
- How do you think global top talent can be reached? How should companies reach you to interest you?
- In what ways would a company reaching you out, to offer a workplace would surprise you, but in a good ways?
- What do you value the most at the workplace?
