As title says, I'm hopeful that I can get a new job soon. This is my first job in the US, so I'm not well versed in how to go about this. Current job does not pay out sick time but does pay unused vacation. I would like to take those vacation days and never come back. But should/must I give them notice? Essentially, say hey I'm taking vacation and then leaving. This place is toxic. But I need all the money I can get right now.
