What will it take? Pandemic of Poor Employers

I see every American being treated like shit by their employer. I was born in '92. They pushed education, college, university for better jobs, you get the degree but the jobs just aren't there that offer living wages. There are job offerings for bachelor degrees @$10/h. But I see us today and I see that what we honestly have is a pandemic of Poor Employers; that is employers that honestly can't afford employees. I've been working in the Medical Marijuana field for 3+ years now. I landed two budtending jobs recently, but I didn't show up to my first day because they wouldn't pay me $16/h. I deserve it to be honest. I helped 2 old ladies get rid of their cancer (consume 10mg hard candies, they get absorbed into the bloodstream faster since they just chill in your mouth). I saved a patient during a shoot out at a Cookies dispensary in Oklahoma. The cancer patients I helped still go to the dispensary so it's not like saving someone's life kills sales. I upsell, upsell, upsell. But they refuse to pay me for my experience and ability to be there. I'm here for the patient, I will work on Jesus Christ's birthday for the patient. I will fill in for employees that don't show up. So that's when I realized that we're not the problem. The problem is the employer that is so broke, that they can't afford to pay employees so they're doing this weird “getting by” and refuse to close shop and do something they can afford to do. Instead they do what you see EVERYWHERE which is point the finger instead of realizing all issues stem from the interior rather than exterior.

My question to every one in this sub is; What will it take for EVERYONE in this sub to quit working for the next 3 months? What will it take for every American to be on the same page so that we can get that pay that matches today's AND tomorrow's inflation? What will it take for US to become The Union of The United States?

Open Letter to Employers: Your days of being open are coming to a close soon. Soon everybody will realize their true worth and completely destroy your Slave Haven. Soon we will raise the minimum wage to $20/h and the company will go under due to your lack of taking care of your employees.

Realize your worth, fellow brethren. The days of the best pay of the century is coming. >:)
