I tried to get food at a Wendys and it was just straightup just closed at dinnertime. I wasn't even mad, bc it means the employees were being treated so badly that they all quit. That shit made my day.
My workplace's staffing has steadily gotten worse and I'm absolutely LIVING for it. They're about to take another hit in staffing soon. We get the most entitled, rudest customers ever so just thinking theyre gonna be tugging on locked doors pretty soon is really cathartic for me.
Improve the working conditions and pay or no one will work for you. Treat service staff with respect.
