I'm the only person who knows how to set our bell timer as it's some European brand with terrible instructions (I work production so it's easier for everybody to have a bell reminder for break / lunch times as it can get loud on the floor.) Over the last year I've increased both 15 minute breaks and the lunch break by 5 minutes. Nobody has noticed but everybody seems to enjoy it.
