After almost 4 years of hard work, being falsely terminated 4 times without no reasons, seeing the best coworkers/managers get fired, being somewhat sexual assaulted bc of my sexuality and have a hostile work environment it was truly the best option for me to quit Walmart 4 days ago. Before I did quit I managed to have another job 3 weeks prior and I have to say I’m amazed with the work environment I’m in now, nice coworkers/managers and store lead, the workload is never on top of you like you’re the only one responsible, the team overall is awesome. Honestly working in a nicer work environment feels weird sometimes because I’m use to the bad part of a work environment even when people ask how my day is or even just conversate with me lol
