I’m transitioning to a different position at my work hopefully soon, one that could easily be done remotely. I am disabled and would very much benefit from working from home or doing a hybrid work schedule, and also with gas prices rising I am quite literally not paid enough to get to work every day. My firm also struggles to retain employees, so I may be able to use this to my benefit. What are some ways I could convince my employer to allow me to work remotely full time or at least part time?
