Anyone had success with a union in a right to work state? I was in one once and it just created problems. We had to pay in, the union had no power, the reps were very lazy and shady, people in the union had a target on them, and overall it wasn't a good deal. I think unions can do a lot of good when run correctly. The concept of unionizing doesn't seem practical in all states. Any ideas or thoughts?
