I just put in my 2 weeks as the last helpdesk tech in our department

Our company is a managed IT services provider for multiple government offices throughout our region. We were bought out last fall. Our new “leaders” fired half of our 30 employees after telling us they wouldn't let go of anyone. Our new “leaders” promoted 3 key ass kissers to management. Our new “leaders” gave us a 2% raise to compensate for the extra workload and inflation. Our new “leaders” watched as 4 more people left the company. Our new “leaders” gave each person a goodbye card and a 'toodaloo'. Our new “leaders” just got my 2 weeks notice. I got a fully remote IT job with a $5 an hour raise and full benefits. I was the last helpdesk tech, along with one sysadmin, and a network engineer. We had 2 helpdesk techs, 3 sysadmins, and 1 network engineer before, alongside a bucket load of programmers and dispatchers. I'm probably going…
