I will shame the hell out of this company when I have a new job lined up. I will be giving no notice, and will be politely telling them to lick my ass.
They want my full availability as a part time employee. I have a lot of personal stress outside of work, including health issues, part of which is severe anxiety, which my current manager has known well and good about for approximately 6 years.
What really got my goat and chapped my ass, is that I have a severely depressed family member that I've been checking on after my shifts. She word for word told me, “if he wants to kill himself, then let him. You have too much empathy and should be devoting 100% of your concentration to your job. You are the most important person in your life and you need to get hard”
Fucking excuse me?
I will be giving no notice once I have something else lined up, and again, I will verbally shame this bullshit umbrella corporation.
When a company will invests in me, I will invest in them.
