Working in toxic (as in enemy collogues toxic) job environment is bad. Working in a place where you can be fined for deals outside of your competence is worse. Doing the math, it's better to be free of work, than worrying all the time what your next fine and for whatever it will be. It can come from anywhere and it's not worth the stress.
