Please help. I work in healthcare under CSEA and I really need to report some illegal incidents to the union. It’s a waterfall of sweeping things under the rug for the next higher up. This has to do with the welfare of geriatric residents. I cannot go to HR, because I’ve witnessed them putting my complaint forms in a shredder as well as hearing it go off the second I leave the office. There is malpractice happening. Who do I talk to? Who do I call? No snitching goes to the grave because everyone wants the benefits and pension. But no snitching in health care can lead to fatalities… Please advise!
