Any tips for headaches (real headaches) and lack of motivation for a good job.?

Let me start by saying I really do like my job, and my company/bosses are great. I came from a really toxic work environment and this job has been such a blessing. But I find myself lacking motivation some weeks (not days, weeks) recently, and I have been getting a lot of headaches and migraines while working. I never used to get them; it's a new thing that started this month. I also find myself clenching my jaw a lot more as of recent, especially when I get nervous or stressed about meetings or assignments. I can't focus and it's causing my work to suffer which frustrates me, because some of my assignment's I'm excited to work on. Does this happen/has this happened to anyone else? Anyone have any tips to help with the headaches and being able to focus again?
