I have mentioned previously that I tried to speak with my boss about living costs and how we are being wildly under compensated. I also told him this is why he has people leaving. Well it took him two months but he finally said “the proof [of the research I did] is in the pudding with this new position”. It took him two months to admit zero people have applied because the pay is laughable. And what’s better, I was proud of us as a labor force for not even deigning to apply to it.
