Telling my boss tomorrow that I am working 4 days a week instead of 5.

In 5 days I drive 2,000+ miles and reach my legal maximum, set by the dept of transportation, of 70 hours. I am burnt out and it feels unsafe. I will tell my boss I will do a max of 50 hours a week over the span of 4 days. Take it or leave it.
