After the whole Elon musk having to force people back into office ordeal, it dawned on me finally…
I don’t think employers are doing the return to office because they really enjoy it either, it’s to have people quit so they don’t have to lay people off…
I believe if we give it time, maybe a year or 2? They’ll adopt remote work again.
I don’t see why not, I only see the reason to being people in for remote work for jobs that have been worked remote for 2 years now is to

Make people quit without firing or laying them off.

Get the use or moneys worth out of the leases and such they signed.
Other wise, I don’t get it or understand the reasoning for it.
