Some days my boss will not allow me to have any kind of lunch break. They will simply say no and of course I get frustrated by this. They pulled me aside the second time this happened and said that they had looked up the Kentucky state laws and there is nothing in there about meal breaks. I’ve done research and it seems as though labor laws trump state laws, but every site says something different, and it’s vary vague. What are my rights? How do I approach this?
