would it be a good idea to anonymously shame my previous workplace

the company i was working at laid 400 people off earlier this week, i was of course part of it. i’ve had enough of other laid-off ex employees and people that were able to retain their roles kiss the CEO’s ass and cheering their “bravery” on. this was a horrible move, happened with absolutely zero notice, and at a time when the company was seemingly doing the best (recently listed, acquiring other companies, hiring new people until a week ago). their lay offs include people who only started working there a couple of weeks ago, and rescinded offers. i want to know if it would be dangerous for me to post my thoughts on this matter from an anonymous profile on LinkedIn. i’m avoiding doing it from my own because obviously it will reflect poorly on me since i’ve been looking for jobs at other startups as well, and honestly…

the company i was working at laid 400 people off earlier this week, i was of course part of it. i’ve had enough of other laid-off ex employees and people that were able to retain their roles kiss the CEO’s ass and cheering their “bravery” on. this was a horrible move, happened with absolutely zero notice, and at a time when the company was seemingly doing the best (recently listed, acquiring other companies, hiring new people until a week ago). their lay offs include people who only started working there a couple of weeks ago, and rescinded offers.

i want to know if it would be dangerous for me to post my thoughts on this matter from an anonymous profile on LinkedIn. i’m avoiding doing it from my own because obviously it will reflect poorly on me since i’ve been looking for jobs at other startups as well, and honestly just to avoid the overall drama. what i do however really want to do is give the company a piece of my mind and a reality check. i don’t doubt that they already have been facing backlash but this might make me feel slightly better?

so i want to know if this is something that i can do? and if yes then how? make a new linkedin account with the VPN on and hit send? write a blogpost somewhere? how to make it completely foolproof? or should i just not?
