Antiwork

My supervisor ripped on me for not attending an optional meeting and it might be my final straw. I rake the company (SME) an average of 800k – 1mil a year. Should I just quit lol.

I'm tired of working 16 hours a day, but the industry I'm in is relatively niche so rumours spread like wildfire if I were to burn bridges. I don't get paid OT, and my pay isn't that attractive since I'm an intern-convert (to FT) waiting for uni, which is happening in 2 months. The company is already severely understaffed, and I'm sick of doing everybody's work while dealing with passive aggressiveness when I ask if I can do it after clearing my tasks first. Sigh. I could go on and on.
