I'm a web designer/graphic designer who feels so at the end of my rope. My boss complains often about “lazy kids who whine about work environment” and forbidding talk about wages. There's new interns who are making more than me, but I can't ask for a raise because we aren't selling enough websites for us to build so my productivity looks shit. I can't just quit because I have two toddlers and a wife sho stays at home to raise them. Applying everywhere, nothing. It just feels like the system is not made for people like me to succeed.
Anyone else here with families?
