I teach in one of the most affluent districts in America. District admin is offering summer custodial work to its teachers, while refusing to give raises to our actual custodians.

We have pro sports team owners and state politicians in our district, including former governor. Our head building custodians make under $40k a year. District won’t give them raises and is now offering their work to us teachers over the summer. So fucked up.

District admin all make $150-$275k a year, for reference.
