How do I ask my boss to give me 2 days off a week while it is summer, I am only 15 and want to at least somewhat enjoy my summer but my boss wants me to work every day of the week, it is only me and one other employee and we are both 15 and can only work one person at the location per shift where we usually work around 5-6 hours then switch with the other person. He is the kind of person who has threatened to fire me if I didn't come in to work someone else's shift with less than 30 minutes notice even though I told him I already had plans and wouldn't be able to come in, I still ended up having to come in.
Please don't just tell me to quit and enjoy my summer, $12 an hour is the best I can find at my age around me and it is close to my rides work
