Is my internship exploiting me?

I am a grad student who needs an internship in order to graduate, and very fortunately I got one before it's too late. They had me sign an agreement basically saying that I cannot release any company material and they are not going to pay me in cash but in knowledge. Seemed pretty standard, plus this is the only company that accepted me, so I signed it. I began working there on June 1st, and the first thing my supervisor did was ask me a very vague question and disappeared. The second thing she did was send me a bunch of messages at 3 am. Obviously I didn't reply because who tf works at 3 am without getting paid? At 5 am she sent me another message and be like, please be communicative and responsive. The third thing she did was tell me to “complete tasks on time please. Not only the big tasks, also the sub-tasks”, even though I did everything they asked me to do 2 days before the deadline and there are no more tasks for me. Today, a Sunday, she assigned me a task that's due on Monday. This is not a simple task and I definitely need more than 2 hours to finish it, which means that I need to work, on a Sunday, unpaid. I think I can answer my question in the title now, but I can't quit my internship because I need it to graduate. and it's only been 5 days.
