I know this is true for almost every retail job and it’s only one example of the lies and deception these idiots use to take advantage of the system, but advertising “full time” to these clowns means purposefully under scheduling you 30 minutes to avoid providing FULL TIME benefits. Call it what it is!! If you can’t afford benefits for your “full time” employees then you are simply unfit to run a business.
To these business owners- Don’t call me, or the other poor fools that work for you, full time to your friends or colleagues. You know you’re lying. What it really is is you taking advantage of me and spitting in my face!
