I work In retail and I can't stand when a commercial for the company comes on the store radio system. They lie about everything when it comes to the job which is horrible.
They tell you about on the job training which is very little if any since I see people messing up all of the time. Then they talk about paid vacation which is only one week a year. They talk about other benefits too when there isn't even medical leave. The insurance is only good because it's blue cross. But the problem is the plan the company picked so you end up paying a ton for out of pocket costs. People don't last in the place more than a few months since the company is really full of bologna. Just thought I would vent about the place.
