My CEO gave me his 2 cents on WFH culture and the Great Resignation during a 1:1 today. As interest rates go up to combat inflation, companies will contract, and then be more able to force a return to the office.
He told me he has no plans to do that himself but he thinks, on average, it'll happen.
The economy didn't shrink during covid, so we had more leverage.
Has anyone thought about this and think we still have leverage?
